Understanding Product Data segmentation

Having product feed syncronized with our system allows you to do very advanced segmentation based on product information:

  • one to one transactional emails can be conditioned by product stock, product main attribute or event attributes like colour;
  • bulk segmentation based on product ID (please choose itemID).

Most common issues

When campaigns do not work (emails are not sent) or segment count returns 0 please check the following:

  • you use an attribute not available in the feed.
    • Please check available product data by going to Setup -> Product Feed
    • Search for one of your products in Setup -> Product Feed -> Catalog and check if the result contains the key/attribute you want to add condition for.
  • for bulk segmentation please only use item ID. We allow querying for all other attributes for enterprise accounts only.
